Before working:

Apply 1ml on clean and dry skin at the beginning of each shift after washing your hands.
Rub all parts of the hands well, including between the fingers and around the nails.

After working:

Before cleaning, wet hands with water and rub to loosen dirt. Then rinse your hands under running water. This way most of the dirt is removed from the hands and only a light detergent needs to be used to remove any remaining dirt.

This product, if unopened and stored at room temperature, can be stored for at least 30 months from the date of manufacture.
