In health care, hygiene is of great importance and high demands are placed on it. To meet these demands, exchange mops are the best choice. These are mops that you do not reuse by running them through a press. This way you do not take any dirt or pathogens from one room to another and prevent cross-contamination. Preferably you also do not choose a velcro mop. These can be used as exchange mops but on the velcro clasp a lot can still stick and thus be transferred to fresh mops.
At BOMA we have two mop systems that we strongly recommend for use in health care. These two mop systems are ideal for locations with high hygiene requirements and if washing facilities can be used. In addition, you can also opt for a velcro system. However, this loses out on hygiene because the velcro attachment easily holds dirt.
C-Click'M C
The Click'M C is a clever pocket mop system that allows you to attach the mop from and onto the frame without having to touch it. This thanks to the innovative magnetic closure. In addition, the frame has a smooth and neat finish, making it easier to wash off and dirt less likely to adhere. In combination with the high-performance mops, the Click'M C system meets the highest hygiene requirements.
Hydra
The Hydra is a smart mop system that uses microfiber cloths as exchange mop. By combining these with a very efficient squeegee with handy and hygienic attachment system, you create a unique cleaning power. All the weight is concentrated on the narrow strip of the squeegee, exerting great pressure on the microfiber. Because these microfiber cloths are much lighter than a standard microfiber mop, you save space and weight in your work cart and on washing volume. This way you gain in ergonomics and save energy. In addition, you can use the hydra to remove excess water and leave the room completely dry.
